Assistant Brand Manager – Mezzan Holding Company
- Coordinate brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
- Track brand performance vs. targets and prepare periodic performance reports
- Assist in managing promotional activities, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Coordinate with agencies (creative, media, digital) to ensure timely delivery
- Execute approved marketing activities in line with brand strategy
- Manage artwork development, packaging updates, and POS materials
- Monitor campaign execution accuracy across channels and markets
- Support new product development (NPD) processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, IT)
- Ensure timely availability of products, materials, and promotional tools
- Track budgets, invoices, and marketing spend vs. plan
- Support market visits, store checks, and competitor benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives
- Build strong working relationships with agencies and principals
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solving
