Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to insurance policies and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and claim follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all insurance-related correspondence.
  • Track claim statuses and assist in resolving any related issues.
  • Support the finance or HR team with additional admin duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative work, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
