Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.
2. Review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
3. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports as needed.
4. Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
6. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payment of invoices.
7. Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
8. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the school’s financial assets.
9. Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.
10. Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes as required.
