Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, utilizing accounting software to ensure all entries reflect the true financial status of the company.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards, preparing necessary documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for various projects, enhancing overall business performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements to optimize profitability.
