Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, creating, and decorating custom cakes, particularly 3D cakes. You will be responsible for bringing imaginative concepts to life while ensuring high-quality standards in cake assembly and decoration.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and create stunning 3D cakes that meet customer specifications and exceed expectations.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice on design possibilities.
– Develop and implement innovative decorating techniques, including fondant work, sculpting, and painting.
– Prepare and assemble cake tiers, ensuring structural integrity and visual appeal.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
– Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to enhance creativity and skill.
– Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
