Sales & Customer Service Agent – TM Car Rental
TM Car Rentals Company is a Kuwait-based car rental company offering daily, monthly and long-term rentals. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Agent to handle customer enquiries and turn them into bookings.
Key responsibilities:
- Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email
- Prepare and send rental quotes, and follow up until the booking is confirmed
- Check customer documents (Kuwait Civil ID and driving licence) before booking
- Coordinate car delivery and pickup with the operations team
- Handle rental extensions, renewals and after-rental follow-up
- Keep customer and booking records up to date in our system
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales or customer service (car rental or automotive is a plus)
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and a computer
- Able to work shifts
- Own laptop and a stable internet connection
Work location: Remote. Work from anywhere in Kuwait, or remotely from any Arab country.
