I&C Supervisor – Bilfinger

1. Involved in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, loop checking, logic sequence checking, normal maintenance and shutdown jobs of 300[8 MW POWER
2. Loop checking of field instruments
3. Shut down maintenance works for Boiler and Turbine field instrument.
4. Familiar with safe working procedures and practices
5. Servicing and calibration of Control Valves and On-Off valves of different makes.
6. Calibration and Configuration of Pneumatic, Electronic and SMART Transmitters of different makes for the measurement of Pressure, Differential Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Interface Level and Density.
7. Calibration and servicing of Damper actuator Valves, ON-OFF Valves, Self-Operated Valves, and Solenoid Operated Valves.
8. Calibration and repairing of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level Switches and Gauges, I/P and P/I Convertors.
