Architect – Asas
We are looking for a creative and technically capable Architect to develop architectural and interior design projects from initial concept through detailed design and project delivery.
The role combines architectural design, space planning, interior design, technical drawings, 3D visualization, material selection, and coordination with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense while also understanding technical requirements, constructability, budgets, and project timelines.
Skills
Candidates should have strong experience with relevant design software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max or equivalent 3D software
- Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator / InDesign is an advantage
- Microsoft Office
- BIM/Revit experience is highly preferred.
