HSE Supervisor

To supervise and coordinate all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on site, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture and preventing incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the site HSE team and ensure effective implementation of HSE programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure compliance with approved work methods and permit-to-work systems.
• Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with client, company, and local HSE regulations.
• Monitor the use of PPE and enforce safe work practices across the project.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
• Coordinate emergency response activities, drills, and preparedness programs.
• Liaise with project management, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Mentor and support HSE Officers and site supervisors in safety implementation.
