Senior Operations Manager – SOS HR Solutions
A leading Printing & Signage Solutions company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, production, and client project delivery across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring production and delivery timelines are met.
• Lead production and office teams, including designers, production staff, and installers.
• Manage printing and signage materials including Flex, Vinyl, Acrylic, ACP, and Digital Printing.
• Manage vendors, procurement, material sourcing, and cost negotiations.
• Plan and execute client projects from quotation through delivery, including exhibitions, branding rollouts, and installations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for wood, acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, and other fabrication materials.
• Monitor inventory, material usage, stock levels, and wastage across branches.
• Support hiring and staffing decisions for production and operations teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Report operational performance, challenges, and improvements to the General Manager.
