CME Project Manager – HOT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
The CME Project Manager role is a critical position within our General Engineering Consultancy, focusing on the successful execution of projects in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly for refinery clients like KNPC, KOC, Equate, and JO. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of instrumentation projects for refinery clients, ensuring all project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met effectively.
- Manage manpower resources efficiently, coordinating with various teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project goals and client specifications.
- Develop and implement project management plans, utilizing industry best practices and tools to track progress and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise during execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and project team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized and expectations are consistently exceeded.
