Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Al Kuwait. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing construction projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. , This will allow you to work on a variety of projects that contribute to the development of our community.

1. Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications while utilizing safety management software to mitigate risks.
2. Collaborate with architects and project managers to review blueprints and project plans, ensuring all designs are feasible and meet client expectations.
3. Manage project timelines and budgets by employing project management tools to track progress and report on any variances to stakeholders.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining effective communication regarding project needs and changes.
6. Prepare detailed reports on project status, including progress updates and budget assessments, using reporting software to keep all stakeholders informed.
7. Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring that all work is executed according to established standards and specifications.
8. Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction by applying engineering principles and collaborating with other engineers and technicians.
9. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvements based on site observations and data analysis.
