1. Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure project efficiency.
2. Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment and machinery, identifying any maintenance needs and ensuring that all tools are in optimal working condition for safe operations.
3. Develop and implement rigging plans and procedures, collaborating with project managers and engineers to align with project specifications and timelines.
