After Sales Manager – SOS HR Solutions

•    Technical support hotline / helpdesk: establish and run the Group’s first structured post-sales technical support channel (phone, email, Odoo ticketing) — the single entry point for all four constituencies below.

•    Support to internal Installation teams: act as second-line technical escalation for the 3 Installation teams on issues beyond Foreman-level troubleshooting — commissioning faults, controller programming, non-standard configurations.

•    Support to Group Maintenance: provide technical backup to Team Coordinators and Technicians on complex breakdown diagnostics.

•    Support to independent installers (complete elevators from Factory): provide installation manuals, technical drawings, commissioning checklists and troubleshooting assistance to external installer companies purchasing complete units through the Factory Sales channel — coordinating with the Factory Sales Manager on technical (not commercial) queries.

•    Support to component customers (Store / Spare Parts channel): provide wiring diagrams, controller parameterization/programming support, compatibility verification and troubleshooting for customers purchasing standalone components, particularly on new-generation onesb (UNIT Machine, UNIT Controller, UNIT Door Operator, UNIT Landing Mechanism).

•    Technical documentation ownership: build and maintain installation manuals, wiring diagrams, commissioning checklists and technical FAQs for both complete elevators and standalone components, with R&D Manager and Factory Manager.

•    Field-to-design feedback loop: channel recurring technical issues found in the field back to R&D Manager (design), Quality Manager (defects) and Factory Manager (manufacturing) to drive product and process improvement.

•    Technical training: design and deliver periodic technical training sessions for independent installers and component customers on commissioning and troubleshooting of Group products, reducing recurring support load over time.
