Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality technical consulting services to clients using Autodesk products. This role involves analyzing client requirements, providing technical support and training, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their Autodesk solutions (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and more).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored Autodesk solutions
- Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Autodesk solutions into client environments
- Provide hands-on training and support to ensure client proficiency with Autodesk tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Manage Autodesk-related projects from planning through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards
