Senior Pricing Executive

This position is responsible for supporting the preparation of competitive commercial pricing, cost estimates, tenders, and proposals for government, private, healthcare, industrial, and oil & gas projects.The Senior Pricing Executive is responsible for collecting cost information, preparing pricing models, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring timely submission of commercially competitive proposals while maintaining the Company’s profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals for tenders and quotations.
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis, profitability assessments, and pricing strategy evaluations.
• Develop commercial schedules, bid submissions, and tender documentation.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms when required.
• Maintain pricing databases, cost libraries, and market intelligence records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Engineering teams for pricing inputs.
• Prepare commercial reports, pricing summaries, and management information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and tender requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all commercial and pricing information.
