Heath & Safety QHSE Officer ( Food AND Beverage )
Role Summary :The QHSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards while maintaining Food Safety Management Systems in a water, juice, dairy, or food manufacturing environment. The role ensures product quality, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards, GSO, NSF, and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct GMP, HACCP, internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, sanitation, environmental, and workplace safety practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency drills, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead employee training and awareness programs on QHSE policies and food safety.
- Prepare QHSE reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
