Tires Manager – Automotive – SOS HR Solutions
Key Requirements:
- 10–20 years of experience in tyre management and operations
- Candidates from inside or outside Kuwait are welcome to apply
- Proven experience managing tyre centre operations, inventory, and daily activities
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision
- Ability to manage stock levels, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of tyre products, services, and market trends
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall tyre centre operations and ensure smooth daily activities
- Lead and supervise the tyre centre team
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required stock
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
