Procurement Executive- Automotive Spare Parts – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive – Automotive Spare Parts to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination activities for automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive components, supplier management, pricing negotiation, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure automotive spare parts based on business requirements.
  • Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required parts.
  • Monitor market prices, availability, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Handle local and international sourcing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in automotive spare parts.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and suppliers.
  • Experience in sourcing from local and international markets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze quotations and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
