Engineer Service (VRF) – Al Mulla Group

Responsibilities

•Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of VRF systems across multiple brands (e.g., Samsung, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, TCL, etc.).

•Diagnose and resolve complex system faults, including communication errors, PCB failures, compressor issues, and control system malfunctions.

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM standards and service contracts.

•Respond to emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely and effective resolution.

•Supervise & guide technicians during maintenance and repair works.

•Coordinate with OEM technical support for complex technical issues.

•Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

•Manage AMC customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.

•Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement team & OEM to ensure availability.

•Support AMC renewals and identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.

•Provide technical support and guidance to service team and customers.

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term service excellence and retention.
