Responsibilities:

1. Lead project planning sessions, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, while utilizing project management software to track progress and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project are executed according to specifications, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations.

4. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, using tools such as Gantt charts to visualize timelines and ensure timely completion of milestones.
5. Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks.
6. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential challenges early, allowing for proactive solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
