Finance & Accounting Senior Manager (Group Level)
Role Summary
Lead the group finance function, ensuring financial control, reporting accuracy, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning across all entities.
Act as a key business partner to senior management on growth, investments, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across all entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Drive cost control initiatives, particularly in operations-heavy businesses (recycling, manufacturing, services)
- Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and ERP integration (e.g., Focus ERP)
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Support strategic initiatives (expansion, JVs, new projects) with financial modeling and analysis
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Lead and develop finance teams across multiple business units
