Call Center Admin Assistant – The Australian University AU
- Provide routine and administrative support to the department in facilitating day to day activities.
- Respond to a variety of calls and inquiries via the telephone, whatsapp api tools, or in person over the counter to internal and external inquiries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to internal and external inquiries.
- Prepare call logs and administrative reports including inquiry reasons etc.
- Complies with AU policies and procedures.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Registrar.
