Responsibilities:

1. Support the sales team by providing technical drawings, visual aids, and design input during client consultations to strengthen sales pitches and help close deals effectively.
2. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings of luxury furniture layouts, ensuring every design aligns with the company’s premium brand identity and meets client specifications.
3. Collaborate with designers and clients to gather project requirements, translating their ideas into accurate and visually appealing designs that enhance client satisfaction.
4. Review and modify existing drawings based on client feedback and project developments, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all design changes.
5. Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure that designs are practical and feasible, enhancing the overall quality of the final product.
6. Utilize advanced CAD software to create high-quality technical drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends in furniture design and drafting technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into your work to improve quality and efficiency.
8. Assist in training and mentoring junior draftsmen, sharing knowledge and best practices to promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
9. Participate in project meetings, providing insights on design challenges and contributing to strategic discussions that drive project success.
