Network Security Specialist – Career Hunters
• Monitor and analyze security problems that occur, ensuring that the problems are identified and solved as rapidly and efficiently as possible. • Manage security policies and make sure to identify and fix any security holes. • Administrate firewalls, IPS appliances and make sure that it is updated and free of errors. • Providing maintenance & on-site support services. • Administer and ensure continuous operation of the Network Services. • Prompt & instant response to resolve network problems. • Monitor network efficiency and provides resolution of network problems. • Troubleshoot network issues through all layers of the OSI model, across multiple technologies. • Effectively manage and provide full technical and admin support for various Network Services within the Contract. • Ensure detection of alerts from the Network infrastructure. • Provide daily report for the Network and security status. • Document details of all amendments made to the System. • Implement changes and configurations requested by Company. • Configuration, installation, and maintenance of multivendor security solutions such as Load Balancer, Firewalls, Web Firewalls, Proxy, Sandboxing, Access control, IDS/IPS, DDoS Protection, Bandwidth Management. • Performs other related duties as directed.
