- Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of civil and electrical work at the substation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, while utilizing project management tools to track progress and efficiency.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality work output that meets project deadlines and specifications.
