Senior Graphic Designer – Chocomelt
Position Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer is a key creative role within the SocialEats Marketing Department, responsible for translating brand strategies into high-impact concepts. Reporting to the Creative Lead, the candidate will oversee the visual evolution of all SocialEats brands. The role requires a balance of sophisticated design aesthetic and commercial awareness, ensuring that all visual output—from digital campaigns to physical menu engineering adheres to the company’s standards and brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Lead the creation and evolution of brand visual identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography for new and existing concepts.
- Campaign Conceptualization: Develop 360-degree visual campaigns for seasonal launches, new openings, and regional activations across all SocialEats brands.
- Creative Collaboration: Work under the direction of Creative Lead and alongside the Creative Officer to ensure a unified visual language across all platforms.
- Digital Optimization: Design high-performance assets for delivery aggregators and social media channels, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and engagement.
- Menu Engineering & Collateral: Oversee the design of premium physical collateral, including menus, packaging, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
- Mentorship & Quality Control: Provide guidance to the Graphic Designer to ensure daily design tasks meet brand standards and department SOPs.
- Asset Management: Ensure all source files, brand assets, and final artwork are meticulously organized within the central company archive.
- Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of global design trends in the F&B and hospitality sectors, introducing innovative design techniques to keep SocialEats brands competitive.
- Production Management: Liaison with external printers and production houses to ensure the quality, color accuracy, and timely delivery of all physical marketing materials.
