Application Support Specialist

  • Proven experience as an Application Support Specialist, Software Support Specialist, or similar role. 
  • Strong experience in configuring and supporting software applications in an enterprise environment. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues related to software applications. 
  • Experience in coordinating the deployment of new software or system updates, including planning, testing, and user adoption. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train end-users and work with technical teams to resolve issues. 
  • Experience in writing technical documentation and user guides. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 
  • Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting to support troubleshooting (e.g., PowerShell) will be a plus. 
  • Familiarity with data integration and migration techniques. 
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or SaaS platforms).
