As a Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression while managing the seating arrangements effectively to optimize customer flow.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff for timely preparation.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to guests, showcasing your knowledge of food and drink pairings to enhance their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that each dish is presented beautifully and meets the quality standards of the restaurant.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure a seamless service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth operation, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, to create a welcoming environment for guests.
