ORACLE System Analyst – Al Babtain Group

Manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM software, including requirements gathering, configurations, creating and executing test cases, and analyzing results for all modules such as Payroll, Com & Ben Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Performance Management. Ensure the Oracle HCM Fusion system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements. 

Accountabilities:-

  • Collaborate with business functions to define and document project scope and specifications. 
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM applications/modules and implement enhancements to existing applications. 
  • Code, test, debug, benchmark, and document technical specifications and requirements for integrations, enhancements, and reports according to internal and Oracle guidelines for portability 
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, perform unit testing, and coordinate System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with business users. 
  • Create solutions to support the business, work closely with users to understand and extend Oracle Fusion functionality, and implement technical configuration changes (personalization/customization) to Oracle modules. 
  • Maintain Oracle SQL / PLSQL processes. Develop, implement, modify fast formulas as per needs 
  • Conduct risk mitigation planning. 
  • Uphold security standards and controls, optimizing and simplifying architecture where possible. 
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose platform and application environment-related incidents. 
  • Design, develop, and support various reports and data extracts. 
  • Audit and analyze application environments to ensure proper configuration management and consistency. 
  • Provide prompt support and responses to technical and operational Oracle tickets. 
  • Assist functions/management in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing Oracle system capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with Oracle to coordinate enterprise tickets, issues, and iterative changes. 
  • Maintain relationships with Oracle vendors, staying informed of their plans for upgrading, enhancing, and supporting software and environments. 
  • Develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow for new computer systems and frameworks 

Education:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Master in computer applications preferred. 

 

Certification:  

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification 
  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud certification 
  • Oracle Talent Management Cloud certification (preferred) 
  • PMP 

 

Experience: 4 to 6 years of Fusion HCM domain experience.
