Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) using k-tendering systems to local and international suppliers, ensuring all specifications and delivery terms are clearly defined to facilitate accurate bidding.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, assessing their capabilities and reliability to ensure alignment with project needs and company standards.
3. Evaluate supplier proposals based on technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines, providing recommendations to project teams for informed decision-making.
4. Maintain familiarity with KOC, KNPC, and K-Companies codes, procedures, and approved lists of manufacturers and contractors to ensure compliance in procurement activities.
5. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements and provide insights on materials and services needed for successful execution.
6. Negotiate contracts with selected suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring that agreements meet both quality and budgetary expectations.
7. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any issues that arise to maintain project timelines and standards.
8. Prepare detailed cost analysis reports and updates for senior management, highlighting potential cost-saving opportunities and procurement efficiencies.
9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of procurement practices and industry trends, ensuring continuous professional growth.
