MHE / VNA Trainer

2. Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires, equipping them with the necessary skills to operate MHE effectively and efficiently while promoting a culture of safety.
3. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback to help improve their skills and confidence in operating VNA equipment.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MHE operations, ensuring that training programs reflect the latest best practices and compliance requirements.
5. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and gaps, tailoring programs to meet the specific requirements of the organization and its workforce.
6. Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job training, to accommodate different learning styles and enhance engagement.
7. Prepare and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and training records, to ensure accurate tracking of trainee progress and compliance.
8. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging open communication and providing support to trainees throughout their training journey.
9. Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your own skills as a trainer and stay informed about advancements in MHE technology and training techniques.
