Brand Executive Chef – Kuwaiti Cuisine – Gastronomica

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the culinary team in creating authentic Kuwaiti dishes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, using traditional techniques and modern culinary practices.
  2. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
  3. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  4. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging team members to enhance their culinary skills.
  5. Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality ingredients, building relationships with local suppliers to support sustainability and freshness.
  6. Implement cost control measures to manage food and labor costs effectively while maintaining the quality of dishes served.
  7. Analyze guest feedback and market trends to adapt menu offerings and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring the brand remains competitive.
  8. Participate in promotional events and culinary competitions to showcase the brand and its cuisine, enhancing visibility in the culinary community.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that highlight the culinary brand, including social media campaigns and food photography.
