Speech Therapist – ABC of Kuwait

Applied Behavior Center of Kuwait (ABC) provides early intervention services to children with autism and related disorders. ABC offers educational programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABC offers a full range of educational, home-based, and center-based treatment programs designed to help children with autism and other related developmental disabilities under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to provide therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized speech and language interventions to improve communication skills and support overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of clients’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to clients according to schedule.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Experience with children and/or clients with developmental or communication disorders preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic preferred; English acceptable if highly fluent.
