Real Estate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait. Additionally, you will provide valuable market data insights and reports to top management, helping to inform strategic decision-making and drive the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of property management, including rent and payment collection, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
2. Provide detailed reports and market data insights to top management to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
3. Manage contracts and agreements with tenants and service providers, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
4. Supervise a team of property management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
5. Monitor staff payroll and operational budgets to maintain financial efficiency across properties.
6. Ensure that building operations run smoothly, addressing any issues promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction.
7. Implement facility management best practices to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
8. Network with real estate agents to identify potential deals and investment opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.
