Planning Engineer – United Gulf Construction Co. W.L.L

• Develop, coordinate, and control schedules using Primavera P6 in line with contract specifications, tender requirements, and project execution strategies for civil, roads, and infrastructure projects.
•  Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to collect progress data, validate assumptions, and ensure accurate planning inputs.
•  Determine contingency and recovery plans identify schedule deviations, and update the program with actual progress, forecasts, and revised completion dates to mitigate delays, disruptions, and unforeseen project constraints
•  Identify schedule risks and provide pre- alerts, along with recommended corrective or preventive actions and prepare comprehensive Extension of Time (EOT) claims for delays arising from variations, design changes, or unforeseen site conditions.
•  Plan and forecast resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials required for civil works, utilities, and infrastructure activities.
•  Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to collect progress data, validate assumptions, and ensure accurate planning inputs.
