Decorative Materials Sales officer – Al-Khonaini

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales officer specializing in decoration materials to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our Special materials department, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative decoration products to clients in the civil engineering sector. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with architects, contractors, and clients. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the civil engineering and decoration materials sector.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in decoration materials.
  3. Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
  4. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our decoration materials.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for our products.
  6. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  9. Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales, particularly in the decoration materials or civil engineering sectors.
  2. Strong technical background with an understanding of decoration materials and their applications.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
  7. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and presentations.
  10. A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
