QUALIFIED KUWAITI LAWYER REQUIRED
For a leading Automobile Company, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team and support the organization with comprehensive legal services.
The Role:
- Provide strategic legal advisory services to management and relevant business units.
- Monitor, interpret, and advise on legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
- Represent the company before Kuwaiti courts, Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Interior (Traffic and Fines Departments), the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), and all other relevant government authorities and legal forums.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and all related legal documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Kuwaiti laws and regulations, including commercial, labour, and corporate legislation.
