Store Assistant – Glitter Store

The Assistant Supervisor will also be responsible for training new employees, managing schedules, and addressing any issues that arise during daily operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Supervisor in daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate and monitor team activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  3. Provide training and support to new employees, helping them integrate into the team.
  4. Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
  5. Contact clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  6. Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing.
  7. Work in the store to assist with inventory management and customer service tasks.
  8. Address any operational issues that arise, providing timely solutions to maintain workflow.
  9. Prepare reports on team performance, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
