IT Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Codelab Technologies

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us open new accounts for our subscription-based software product designed for restaurants, food delivery operations, and subscription-driven businesses.This is primarily a new-accounts, opportunity-creation role. Your core responsibility is to identify, approach, qualify, and conduct product demos for interested prospects. You will be supported fully by your management in commercial negotiations and deal closures, till you build the experience and maturity to take that on independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, field visits, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  • Conduct discovery calls and empathetic product demos that highlight business benefits.
  • Qualify prospects using clear criteria (business size, need, urgency, budget, decision-maker identification).
  • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified demos and opportunities.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and follow-up activities.
  • Provide structured feedback to the product and leadership teams (objections, competitor activity, feature requests).
  • Meet monthly KPIs for demos booked, qualified opportunities created, and outreach activity.
