Marketing Director – Seazen Group
Seazen Group is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing vision across its catering, food service, and restaurant brands in Kuwait. This senior leadership role is essential in elevating our brand presence, shaping consumer perception, and driving business growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

As the Marketing Director, you will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, expand market share, and drive measurable business growth.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all platforms—including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and branding.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Team & Budget Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to ensure maximum ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to support product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, media partners, and external agencies to support strategic marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to ensure marketing investments deliver strong results.
Brand Representation
- Represent Seazen Group at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition and build strategic partnerships.
