You will play a key role in constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and interior components while collaborating with a talented production team.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures, fixtures, and components made from wood, plywood, and related materials.

• Read and interpret blueprints, detailed drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools and power tools with precision.

• Collaborate with colleagues, designers, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

• Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations, building codes, and internal quality standards.

• Maintain carpentry tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition; perform basic servicing when needed.

• Assist in estimating materials, time, and labor requirements for projects.

• Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices and junior carpenters.

• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and consistency with specifications.

• Stay updated on modern carpentry practices, materials, and technologies to continuously improve craftsmanship.

• Proven experience as a professional carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed work.

• Extensive knowledge of carpentry methods, woodworking materials, and relevant tools.

• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements accurately.

• High attention to detail with a dedication to precision and quality craftsmanship.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company’s evolving techniques and technologies.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and carpentry best practices.
