Estimator–Plumbing & Fire Fighting – Alghanim International
We are seeking a qualified MEP Estimator with 4 to 6 years of experience in Plumbing and firefighting services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP project design and estimation , with a strong understanding of local codes, standards, and market rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing and firefighting systems based on tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and designs for estimation and design input.
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits (if required) to assess scope and validate estimation data.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and client specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Kuwait, specifically in estimation
