Mill Operator – Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services
- Operate the Mill as per the plan given by the Mill Engineer.
- Operate and monitor the mill, adjust parameters in the panel screen and report any failures immediately to the reporting manager.
- Collect the daily samples from each mill and handover to the Quality control Officer daily.
- Operate crusher, set adjustments and achieve crushing targets.
- Perform daily maintenance for the machines and other production equipment such as but not limited to asset maintenance, cleaning hopper, crushing, bulk filing.
- Collect samples from each mill for the Lab on a daily basis.
- Supervise hoppers fillings with the assigned materials with zero errors.
- Supervise housekeeping in Mill area. Report daily with Mill down hours.
- Setting and running each Mill for variable products like Barite, Bentonite, Calcium-Coarse, Calcium-Medium, Calcium-Fine, Marble-Coarse, Marble-Medium and Marble-Fine.
- Filling Bulk trucks for Bulk Barite and Bulk Bentonite and transferring crude materials to the Mills using belt conveyor.
- Provide report on daily basis to the Mill Supervisor.
