Sales – Gissah Perfumes

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate deals will be essential to your success. This position offers a competitive salary of 400 KD, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  8. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, outlining performance and areas for improvement.
  9. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand professional connections.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  6. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
