We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Representative to act on behalf of clients in legal matters. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and before courts or government authorities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing legal documents, contracts, and pleadings, and capable of providing thorough legal advice across various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings, legal negotiations, and administrative proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal correspondence
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic guidance
• Develop litigation and/or transactional strategies to protect client interests
• Manage case files and maintain accurate legal records
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
