Mall Receptionist- Filipino National required – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Mall Receptionist to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth operations at our mall. The Mall Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing them with information and assistance while maintaining a professional demeanor. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all reception duties are performed efficiently. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the mall, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  3. Provide accurate information regarding mall services, events, and promotions to visitors.
  4. Assist in coordinating events and activities within the mall, working closely with event organizers.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  6. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  7. Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with security and management teams to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
  9. Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and report generation.
  10. Stay updated on mall policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Fluent in English and Filipino, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  4. Proficient in using office equipment and software, including phones, computers, and MS Office.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Positive attitude and a professional appearance, representing the mall effectively.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  8. A team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  10. Knowledge of mall operations and customer service best practices is a plus.
