MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant – Retail & POS Integration – Ali Alghanim & Sons Group (Mechanical Engineering and Contracting Company [MECC]
• Support and maintain MS Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce (POS) modules, ensuring smooth data flow from POS to MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Retail POS operations, store management, pricing and promotions, and commerce integrations.
Investigate and resolve issues related to sales, inventory, invoicing, and receipts transactions within MS Dynamics.
• Configure and customize Dynamics business processes, workflows, and rules in line with business requirements.
• Manage store operations, sales transactions, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and payment configurations in POS.
• Identify process gaps and design or fine-tune solutions to improve system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for operational and business needs.
• Design, build, and support integrations within MS Dynamics and between MS Dynamics and other enterprise systems, ensuring stable and secure data exchange.
• Monitor interface logs, resolve errors proactively, and document root causes and solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, user acceptance, deployments, and provide user training as needed.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvement.
