Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, and timeline while adapting to project changes.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental protections and building codes.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, architects, and laborers.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits and status reports, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, implementing cost-control measures to prevent overspending.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating project status and risks.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance.
