Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, and timeline while adapting to project changes.
- Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental protections and building codes.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, architects, and laborers.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and status reports, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Manage project budgets and resources, implementing cost-control measures to prevent overspending.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating project status and risks.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction meets the required standards and specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance.
