Ui/ux Designer – PROCAPITA Management Consulting
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX / Product Designer to join our growing UX & Product Design team. This role requires a designer who can think strategically, empathize with users, and translate business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to craft seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products — from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI designs in Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our products.
